Lookie! Twice in ONE week!

Well, it's been an interesting week here. And it's not over yet!!! I can't wait for the weekend- even if it's going to be a busy one! I get to find out on Saturday if the transfer took- so that's the most exciting part.... well, that and on Sunday we get to celebrate my little girls 3rd birthday! She's so dang excited about it! *L* Oh, and can I mention my best friend is going to be there, too? It's going to be an awesome weekend!! :)

What else??? Seems like everyone is having their ups and downs, me included- just remember guys, it all happens for a reason. I know I've been discouranged over things lately that have been happening here, but dangit... that just means something bigger and better is around the corner, right? :)

Ok, going to get more work done here for today... can't wait to get home and cook in mt new kitchen! :)

I SUCK at this! *L*

Yup, it's true. Almost a WHOLE MONTH since I did this last?? Impressive.

Well, lots has been going on here- I became a Notary this month although I haven't notarized ONE thing yet. I did get a trip to the scrapbook store out of it though, and spending some cash on my favorite hobby was just a little too great a celebration to pass up. *L*

Also I am going to be a Gestational Carrier. It's been a long time running here, but the actual transfer was on the 22nd of this month. So now I'm on pins and needles to know if I'm really preggers! :) I'm keeping all my fingers crossed that this all happens on the first try... the "intended parents" are just the sweetest things ever- I can't wait to help them make their dreams of being parents come true!!

Aside from that the trip to NJ for the transfer was the BEST little vacation. I went alone and just had a really good time. My bestest pal gave me one of her kids cell phones, so we were constantly texting and calling- so it wasn't like I was alone at all. Took my scrappnig stuff too, and got quite a few pages done. :) It was nice, nice, nice- though I missed the kids and Ryan!!

Then I came home to a new kitchen- my DH just rocks. I'll have to figure out how to post pictures at some point, cause our new kitchen just rocks. :) LOVE the cabinets and how everything fits. We made dinner together last night and it was just the most wonderful experience. It's taken me almost 5 years to get Ryan into the kitchen with me, but I love the time we spend together in there. :)

Ok, going to get back to work here. Two more hours till quittin' time! :)

Another day, another blog....

*sigh* I'm feeling really failure like at this blogging thing. From what I see you're suppose to do it everyday, but hey, such is life, right??

Not too much going on in my side of PA... snowing. That's about it. I'd rather be doing almost anything than working right now... mostly because there's nothing to do. I'm just sitting.... waiting. No phone calls. No reports (ok, I have ONE, but since I already did 3 today I think I'm off the hook.) So... here I stay. Just lurking online at different places and remembering things that I forgot to do here and there and catching up.

I almost think I'm becoming addicted to myspace! I'm not there all the time, but the need to check in there at least once a week is coming to me more and more. It's pretty cool that I'm seeing people there I haven't talked to in a long time. Heck, I reconnected with my cousin, which was the main reason I tried that (she's so computer techie. *L*) and have seen a few old friends from high school. Now if I could just find some of the friends I had at basic training and tech school I'd be all set. *L*

Well, that's enough random nonsense for one day. Going to do something constructive... destructive... something. ;)

Today's vent of the day- stupid people. Everyone, Just think- that's all I ask. A wise woman, you know who you are, taught me the "10 second rule"- broken down it means you should think for 10 seconds before opening your mouth to talk. Same applies to people who are stupid. EVERYTHING you DO should be thought about... and just in case? Ask someone smart about what you're doing too. :)

Anyways, I got yelled at cause my DH (dear husband) didn't see his name mentioned in my first blog post. So... HI HONEY! :) *L*

My second first blog....

Yup. I blogged for the first time this morning. And you know what? I think I might just like it. Really. Impressive isn't it?? I find it rather sad that I'm actually just catching up to technology... but oh well.

Just for simplicity sake I'll copy and paste what I wrote this morning....

Love it? Huh? First ever blog post from ME! (Don't you feel freakin' loved?) Yes, the woman is in a mood today- don't mind me. *L*

Not to much on the home front here- sitting at work- amazed that I'm here so early. I have this problem that as soon as I wake up in the morning I HAVE to run to work. Can't sit at home for anything. Why waste the time when I can come to work, be productive and get paid? ;)

So, I'm having one of those days today. Just in a mood about things- mostly that I'm THIS old... why don't I know what I want to be when I grow up??? Really. It's like I have this type of ADD where I can't stick with one thing for long... ok, really not the case. I set goals, accomplish them, and want to try something new. I know I've done MUCH more in my 27 years than most people do with their life. Honestly- I feel like a VERY well rounded individual. But it makes me wonder if I'm ever going to be content with life.

Currently I work at MET Electrical Testing... LOVE it. I've not loved a job this much since Cinnabon. Just adore the guys here (Yes, we'll play favorites- Kevin, Chris and Jason are in my heart forever- just love those boys.) Just love it here- love getting up for work in the morning, don't mind 50 hour weeks... my job is FUN. But we all know me... I want more. Want to know it all, want to be able to fix whatever is thrown my way. Yes, I've impressed the boss with the "Git 'er Done" 'tude... hell, I'm sure I've pissed him off as well since anytime the boys are around I'm out and about in the shop playing with them. *L*

Anywho.... I guess I'll wrap up today. And who knows? Maybe this will be an every day or once a week thing. If you keep your fingers crossed and pray really hard... maybe... just for you... ;)

Oh! Last note! Got a call from my buddy Jason last night! He passed his EMT class. :) ATTABOY Jason!!! Congrats on the passing grade- we'll help you study for those state tests, don't you worry. :)
