I'm baaaaccck!

Yup, another day in the neighborhood here. Happy that most of the work day has passed- 'specially since I had that first thought when I woke up this morning "I should stay home today." Let's just say we had some nasty wind come thru last night that woke Ry and me up about 3am- and I didn't get much sleep after that until my alarm went off at 6:15. (But lemme tell you how NEAT it was to sleep with my window open and furnace off for 2 days in January! Just NEAT!)

So long story short- add the no sleep thing with the horrible heartburn I keep getting every day and I think it'll be an early bed time night tonight. :)

Speaking of heartburn- which I have for a reason, I know- but this girl is going to have a HEAD FULL of hair according to wives tales! *L* The belly is getting to be on the biggish side- she's really growing! I can't believe we only have about another month to go.... and another amazing little miracle will come into the world! I feel really good this far into the pregnancy, too. I'm just getting at that 'uncomfortable' stage now.

What else is going on?? I'm finally getting my scrapping mojo back! Loving it! :) I made a trip to Hobby Lobby last weekend during their great sale and got new albums, page protectors, and some new papers to play with. I also grabbed some items for gift stuff. I'm determined to actually use up more things this year and not buy so much... so far so good. :) I even want to MAKE the Christmas cards that I AM going to send out this year- hopefully I can get that done early, right? :)

I have a few 'investments' that I want to make, too- Ryan and I are talking about redoing the scrapbook area I have now, mostly because I can't sit and scrap like I use to. We don't have a regular office chair or a normal desk- so we're getting ideas for that. We might be getting one of the Expedit shelving units from Ikea to start, but we'll see how that turns out. Also on the list is an ATG adhesive gun. From what I've seen on the message boards it ends up being about .02 per foot of adhesive to the .20 per foot of what I've been using. Plus w/the gun I wouldn't have messy tabs everywhere, those throw away plastic cartidges, ect. I think it would be worth it.

Ok, I'm sure you've heard enough of my rambling for today. ;) Make sure to check out the new links I posted on the side ------> there... right.... there! *L* Enjoy your week and hope you have a great weekend!!!!
