Another crazy week ahead....

Wow. WHAT another crazy weekend!! Someone stop the world because I would LIKE a break, please. ;)

Saturday morning was pretty mundane- hanging out at the house, then grocery shopping and running around helping my brother move. OMG I didn't realize how dang cute his dog is now! And he's done so much work with him- just a really great dog now. :)

Sunday Ry and I had motorcycle class. I definitely wasn't top of the class, but I held my own. :) Needless to say it was fun and I'm pretty excited for next weekends class. Although I don't think Ryan is too happy that I want to get a new bike now- riding cruisers are SO different from the crotchrocket that we have! So.... we shall see. *L*

So not much going on this week, either, since it's the first week of the month Ryan and I both have meetings at the firehouse and that fun stuff. My nephew has some baseball games this week too that I'd love to go to. :) So we shall see!

On Friday Ryan and I get to celebrate 5 wonderful years together. I haven't decided what to do to surprise him yet... maybe we'll just stay home and scrapbook. *L* ;) I'm sure he'd LOVE to do that. (YES, dear, I DO know that you "owe me a page"... one of these days, right? :)

Wow. WHAT a weekend!!

Talk about beautiful!! We had SUCH a good time- basically spent most of the time outside playing, but it was great. :) I've never seen the kids and dogs SO tired than Sunday night! *L*

On Saturday Ryan and Jason went riding for awhile while I watched the kids- that night we had a fire and had people over. Jason is such a blast- I just love him! Buddy- I'm going to really miss you when you leave for Basic Training, but I know you'll do great at it!!!

Anyways, that was fun and we were all up WAY to late!! The next morning I had to run and get Christian from CCD. He was in great spirits, though, and decided to amuse Mom on the way home by letting her take pictures. :) Here's one of my fav's-

So anyways, we got home and I was content to scrapbook the day away, but Jason had other plans. ;) He stopped over and told me to get dressed, we were going riding. Needless to say I'm not super comfy on the road yet. So the idea was for Ryan and Jason to take the bikes, me drive the van w/the kids and we headed up to Racoon Creek State Park.

Yup. Rode Baby again- put a few miles on her and didn't do too badly. ;) I'm eager for the class to start this week... so we'll see! :)

Almost Friday!

YAY!!! Not only is it already warmer today than it's been all week but the sun is shining, birds are singing, boss isn't here today, and it's almost the weekend! :)

I was amazed, for anyone who knows me I'm not a big TV watcher. I know some times you just have to veg out- but there's so many other things I could be doing with my time. *L* Anyways, last night I heard Fergie was going to be on American Idol- so it was a no miss. (and she sane one of my favorite songs and really- just an amazing singer. Check out her CD if you don't already have it!!) But those kids on AI??? They can SING! (ok, aside from the one that SHOULD have been gone a long time ago- but we'll save that for later. *L*) I'm banking on Jordin or Melinda to win- although that Chris is a cutie, isn't he???

Anyways, aside from that the only thing going on here is my best pal Chris and I are planning out scrapping gettaway for July. :) The CK convention will be back in Valley Forge and we're deciding what the heck we're doing for it- are we even going, taking classes, what? *L* I really hate that they jack up the hotel room so much- I mean really. $130 a night is just too danged expensive- especially at three nights. Plus classes, plus food... and let's not forget the shopping. ;)

Tuesday- Oh rainy Tuesday!

Ick. Need I say more?? Someone PLEASE tell Mother Nature that Spring is one of my favorite seasons and I'd LIKE my lilacs to bloom this year. My mom broke it to me yesterday that if it stays cold they might not bloom- I don't know that I could handle that. I'll say that my yellow bushes (dunno what they are called but they are EVERYWHERE here in this part of PA) are already UN yellow and pretty nekkid right now. :( Depressing. Just depressing.

This past weekend Ryan decided that he needed a weekend project. yeah. Right. So guess who has a new kitchen floor? Yeah- lemme tell you how GORGEOUS my kitchen is. *L* Best room in the house right now. :) Here's a picture of 1/2 of the kitchen... and yeah, it's a little messy- such is life. *L* Next to paint it and finish the trim and this room is DONE! :) Love it. Just Love it.

What else is going on in my world?? Not alot. The kids have pink eye- lemme tell you how fun THAT is. *sigh* So I have to take them to the doc's today- hopefully she'll tell my youngest boy that he REALLY needs these drops in his eyes so he'll calm down a bit more. ;)

Wednesday already!

Wow, the week flies by when you take a Tuesday off! It's 1/2 over already- but today is going to be L O N G. *sigh* Plus it's suppose to be cold and crappy here in PA for the next few days. *sigh* again. It'll be nice to be able to bake stuff for Easter and it not be too hot in the kitchen though. :) I have the cutest pans to make easter egg cupcakes- can't wait to play w/them!

Anyways- short and sweet today. :)

I DID it!!!

Yup, last night I rode Baby for the first time. (Ok, I never took her out of first gear and it was more of a 'get use to her' thing, but I did it. :) I'm really proud of myself, but a little worried that I'll be ok to remember what all these buttons/levers/handles do at any given time. I'm sure I'll feel better after the Motorcycle class- both Ryan and I are going to take our permit tests tomorrow morning (unless I can duck out of work soon to go and do it! *L*)

So anyways- let's see what happens- and I hope to have some pictures soon, too. :)

It's WEDNESDAY!!! One day closer to the crazy busy weekend we have planned- but a weekend none the less! Saturday I'm going to be in a fasion show. Interesting stuff, huh? But at least I'll be getting some new clothes out of it- and if you know me, you know I need 'em! *L*

Also- big news- I have a new baby! She's a pretty little Suzuki Katana... now to get the permit and such so that I can ride her! :) We just got the title transfered over and a new plate on monday... getting there. *L*

What else??? Nottadamn thing- I lead a pretty boring life.
